They insinuated that the Ford attorneys had forced a mistrial to prevent Henry Ford from taking the witness stand. Incidentally, Mr. Sapiro was no doubt annoyed to have spent a round sum of money-only to find far distant the $1,000,000 which he hopes to get from Mr. Ford because of certain anti-Jewish articles published in the Dearborn Independent (TIME, March 21, 28). It did not seem likely that a new trial could be arranged...
