...story is not much different from many others that have been seen in musical comedy before. Stanton is a happy-go-lucky spendthrift who loses both his money and girl at one time. He is deceived by Arthur Cadman, her fiancee, who also is doing a dubious business with Darcy's money. By a little detective work, Stanton follows the Darcy family to Palm Beach, where he discloses the plot of Valera Valador, played by Miss Francesco Rotoli,--who attempts to involve Stanton in former shady connections with her, although Cadman had really been the deceiver.
