Article 10 of the by-laws, in regard to cross-country running, was amended to read as follows: "No college shall enter more than 12 men for any one competition, or start more than 5, except in the cross-country run, in which contest 20 men may be entered by each member of the Association, 7 of whom may start, and the first 5 qualify."
