Predictably, Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko was at hand at the airport as Chen's Tu-104 jet touched down. ...called "emerging nations" have been emerging all over the front pages in recent years, causing concern and puzzlement to statesmen and newspaper readers alike.
