Nonsense. Altman may spend his time watching "The Gordon Eliot Show" or Connie Chung's latest deceptions, but the rest of us get more news than we can stand. Every hour on the hour nearly every radio station gives us all the latest from Washington, D.C. and Beacon Hill. ...rocket attack on Zagreb, the Croatian capital of 1 million people, was the last stage in a classic round of Balkan escalation. It began on April 28 when a Croat stabbed an ethnic Serb motorist to death at a gas station along the highway linking Zagreb to eastern Croatia and Serbia. No one has claimed responsibility for the attack. Meanwhile, Japanese police, continuing their investigation of the Aum Shinrikyo cult, arrested the group's top lawyer, Yoshinobu Aoyama, on charges of slander. As in other arrests, police have so far avoided charging that the cult was involved in the March 20 gassing on the Tokyo subway...
