This is, after all, Harvard, which has traditionally been able to attract the nation's brightest undergraduates, graduate students, and professors to its hallowed halls. It is beyond my ability to conceive that Harvard would have the least bit of trouble hiring stellar, much less competent, teaching fellows (the same might be said about minority and women faculty); it is a question of initiative and not of feasibility...
