President Clinton was not the only politician facing a Cuban crisis last week. So was Steve Forbes. The Republican presidential aspirant continued to come under fire from conservative Cuban-American quarters in Congress for the "repugnant activities" of one of his top political boosters, economic consultant Jude Wanniski.
