...Like everyone else, I was deeply shocked and saddened by the senseless murder of the Israeli athletes in Munich. As a young German, I am twice as burdened by the event. The tragic recurrence of it all is shattering. It painfully reminds us of the past horrors and the stigma that we are trying to forget and erase.
