Last spring, I suffered through watching a bunch of new hot shots stink up Dayton Arena in a firstround loss to the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers...
...blind dates; bizarrely, all four of NBC's high-rated Thursday-night comedies (Friends, The Single Guy, Seinfeld and Caroline in the City) are in that vein. Fox at least had the wit to set Partners, one if its twentysomething shows, in San Francisco. But then again, its ratings stink...
Just look at the Minnesota Timberwolves--they still stink and they have been around far longer than the formula swingers...
Clearly, there is no easy solution. You certainly cannot keep a litter of puppies in your room, no mater how big it is. Phew! Boy, would it stink! You need to either give Rover away or get rid of the puppies as quickly as you can. I don't suggest a violent method. Sell them and pay off your Coop bill! Or, if you're feeling generous, you could give them to the three or four proctors that don't have dogs...
...probably the only conference not Division I in football that's known from coast to coast. It is heralded for academic achievement and filled with famous universities--but at the same time it is always expected to stink in major college sports...
