The other day I used a stopwatch to measure the time it took between arriving at the Welcome menu and seeing a news headline on the screen. Five minutes! Sending a message to AOL to inquire or complain is like trying to communicate with the President of North Korea. All I've received from AOL is a form letter addressing all kinds of problems...
