Usage:

Binge drinking is a major problem currently plaguing American universities. The high stress of undergraduate life in a culture that overvalues drinking creates an environment where some students consume large quantities of alcohol in short periods of time. Although the percentage of binge drinking at Harvard is below the national average, the administration should encourage students to drink responsibly. Banning kegs at home football games, however, will not reduce binge drinking, nor will it encourage people to drink in moderation.
