This is by no means the work of an amateur. Jackson built the platform out of wood, covered it with lavender carpeting, and strung the room's circumference with black bulb Christmas lights. A black beanbag and an entertainment system populate one wall of the room, the other three surfaces are blanketed with angled mirrors arranged to create diamond panels. As Alceste, James Carmichael '00 best embodies this physical style, performing the same kind of frenetic dashes that he made so hilarious in last semester's What the Butler Saw. Carmichael maintains a terrific energy level, and constantly sends his high-strung character into wild fits of obsession and indignation. Kirk Hanson '99 follows close behind as Basque, a minor figure who is expanded into a wacky butler who constantly barges in on amorous couples. Between the two of them, Hanson and Carmichael wreak havoc on the set as they scurry from place...

...album proves a mixture of signature start/stop riffs strung together by lengthy chord progressive choruses, often spelled by a soft interlude to add to dramatic effect. This album actually reveals the diversity of this typically "heavy" group. The 48-second "Lucky," which continues on the last track as "Lucky Time," gives a respite from the pumped up slam in the first half of the album, but this mellowing effect is countered by the unintelligible "500,000 Scovilles" which leads into one of the album's biggest successes, "What Can I Tell...
