...announcement has finally been received that steps are being taken to hold the election of student delegates to the college conference on the coming Friday. The ballots are to be signed and deposited at some polling place to be selected today. Each senior will vote for five of his classmates, each junior for four, and each sophomore for three. The ballots are to be counted by the presidents and secretaries of the respective classes.
