...CRIMSON has received a letter from Coach Warner of the Carlisle football team in which he states the new eligibility rules which the Carlisle Athletic Association drew up following the recent criticism of the athletic system there. The new regulations provide that only regularly enrolled students, and not employees, shall be eligible to represent the school in the future, and that no student shall represent Carlisle in football for more than four years.
