Yale has never been noted for the success of her tug-of-war team, although there is no scarcity of good material in college. Last season the meeting with Columbia at the armory did much to awaken an interest in that sport here, and the team which represented Yale last Spring was the best she ever sent out. This fall a series of pulls between six teams representing the entire university, have been arranged, each team to pull three times with every other team, and the final pull to be a feature of the winter games.
