...very glad to hear that the old Harvard oarsmen, at present members of the Boston Athletic Club, have organized an eight oared crew. The mere fact that the graduates feel so much interest in the success of the 'Varsity crew as to organize an eight for the purpose of giving the 'Varsity practice, is a source of encouragement and an incentive to hard work.
