EDITORS HARVARD HERALD: The authorities of the library have always, and especially during the past year, been courteous and prompt in adopting suggestions of the students in the interest of improvement. I should like to propose one more improvement, and that is, that instead of selecting new books without reference to the students, the authorities allow each man in the university to suggest one book, or series of book, to be purchased when next any books are added to the library.
