Lieutenant-Colonel Paul Azan, head of the French Military Mission to the United States and former active commander of the University's corps of French Military instructors, anticipates co-operation with Lieutenant Morize in commandng the maneuvers of the R. O. T. C. at Lancaster and Devens this summer.
