Subscriber* Zweiger's confessed familiarity with the routine of sleeping off a debauch over Sunday doubtless explains why he has never met any of West Virginia's representative citizenship. His amazing inaccuracy is exemplified in his inference that the Ohio River was named for our excellent neighbor state to the north and west.
