Temple Emanu-El, famed synagog on the northeast corner of Fifth Ave. and 43rd St., Manhattan, erected 57 years ago on land which cost $55,000, was sold last week for $7,500,000 to a Polish Jew named Benjamin Winter, who came to the U.
