Play It Again Sam and Carl Reiner's Where's Poppa? are being co-featured at the Orson Welles Cinema I until Saturday. Woody Allen's take-off on the Casablanca theme is not only hysterically funny, it's heart-rending as well. Both Allen and Diane Keaton give lovely performances here. This one is worth watching again and again. Where's Poppa? is usually pretty tasteless and it belabors an already overworn joke to the point of tedium. Helio produces an STOL--short take-off and landing plane--which can take off in an area smaller than a baseball diamond. It was developed in the early 50's by a B-School professor. Lynn Bollinger, who founded the company along with the head of MIT's Aeronautics Labs. They sold their first model to the CIA for use in the secret war in Laos.
