Nina Easton must have never been on unemployment, or she would know better than to take such a cavalier attitude toward Americans suffering from the loss of their livelihood [Jan. 25]. To be forced to rely on unemployment benefits, in my experience, in no way contributes to "warping incentives to look for work."
