I wish the story had mentioned that Dr. Enthoven was one of five recent (June 12) recipients of the President's Award for Distinguished Federal Civilian Service -the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a career civil servant. At age 32, Dr. Enthoven is the youngest of the 31 careerists who have received this high honor to date...
