...forward to watching it. His cast was gender-balanced, and whether intentionally or not, this was rather progressive in light of the low number of women in top leadership positions in corporate America. The female contestants were bright and accomplished, and I idealistically hoped these ladies would utilize their talent and prove to the nation that gender should not be a factor considered when it comes to identifying good leadership. What a let down...
