Sizzling over a report submitted to him by a special investigator, New York's Mayor LaGuardia last week capped the sorry tale of the five Brooklyn College basketball players "expelled" for taking bribes to throw a game (TIME, Feb. 12) by revealing that one of them had never even been a member of the college.
