Make it a point to get yourself up to the Berkshires this summer. The most important thing going on there, as always, is the Boston Symphony at Tanglewood under the supervision of Seiji Ozawa, and the program for this summer looks particularly good. For $3.50, you can guarantee yourself a spot on the lawn for a picnic and listen to, on July 18 for example, Ozawa conduct an all-Haydn program. The Popular Artist Series at Tanglewood is presenting Pete Seeger and Arlo Guthrie, Gordon Lightfoot, James Taylor in the next few weeks. Ticket prices are steep--$5.50-$7.50--but what isn't?
