Weber St., Holy Cross, Liberty and Western Kentucky beat out Harvard for 13 seeds. Three of those teams had wins against opponents with far higher rankings than any Harvard had beaten. Western Kentucky knocked off Louisiana Tech, Liberty defeated Virginia and Weber St. beat Utah...
