...University baseball team defeated Exeter at Exeter yesterday in a slow six-inning game, by the score of 11 to 0. Harvard batted listlessly, making only ten hits against a substitute pitcher, in the field the playing was more creditable. Five of the seven runs made were the direct result of errors by Exeter's infield, which was not of even average ability. Coburn pitched well, allowing but three hits, and striking out twelve men. Kernan was very steady in his catching, but was weak at the bat. Clarkson led the team in batting making two-base hits...
