President Robinson of Brown made the following remarks in his last annual address, in reference to collegiate games, societies, etc. "The multiplication of students' clubs, associations and societies, that call for intercollegiate games, or for annual meetings and reunions during term time, has now reached a point where some kind of restrictive action would seem to be called for.
