Another of these books, the "Relativ Frequency of English Speech Sounds" by Godfrey Dewey '09 gives data of indispensable importance for the foundation of any scientific study of shorthand problems. The text is written in "simplified" spelling as can be seen from the title. In commenting upon this book Mr. D. L.
