...This “Swingers” vet still knows what’s money. Despite a noble attempt to appeal to a wide demographic, the movie is about thirty minutes too long; after a while, even the most exuberant middle-schoolers will get restless. The film beats its theme of brotherly love into the ground, seemingly lifting dialogue directly from after-school specials on PBS.
