Once again Hamilton Jordan is in charge of the campaign. But the White House Chief of Staff has more worries than he did in 1976. For one thing, his own reputation has been damaged because of repeated allegations concerning cocaine use. He may even have to face a special prosecutor appointed to investigate the accusations.
