...Legal Aid Bureau had difficulties to contend with in getting under way this year. Very few men remained from the previous year, many graduating and some going to the Law Review. Therefore the Bureau was composed almost entirely of second and third-year men with no previous experience in the work. Furthermore it took some time for clients to learn that the Bureau was again holding office hours after the six months since the previous March that the Bureau had been closed.
