...Freshman baseball team defeated Volkmann School yesterday afternoon by a score of 20 to 10. The large score of the Freshmen was due to the poor pitching and fielding of their opponents rather than to any good work of their own. In the third inning Allyn, the Volkmann pitcher, was knocked out of the box, and Briggs, who was substituted for him, was little better.
