Yesterday afternoon the matches in the first round of the annual fall singles tennis tournament were played off and a considerable number of second round contests were also concluded. The following matches in the second, third and fourth rounds are scheduled for this afternoon. As usual, all matches are to take place on Jarvis Field. The courts will be furnished free, but contestants must supply their own balls. The same rules in regard to defaulting matches apply as yesterday...
