...single scull race for the Regent's Cup was won yesterday afternoon by N. P. Darling '17, over the mile course in the Charles River Basin. B Carpenter '16, and G. F. Talbot '16 came in second and third respectively. The winner's time was 6 minutes, 40 seconds. He won easily but the next three boats were bunched all the way and not until the line was reached could it be seen who was ahead. Talbot furnished some mild excitement by capsizing as he crossed the finish line...
