...such cold draughts as an east wind brings through so large an opening. It would seem as if some temporary covering might be furnished the inside o the window while the work was being carried on. If no shelter could have been rigged, whey did they not wait till the summer vacation, or at least till warm weather? I do not know how long the work will last, but it seems to me a serious inconvenience and danger that could just as well have been avoided...
