Died. Thomas Fleming, 78, political cartoonist; at Maplewood, N. J. hospital; following a physical breakdown in Florida last year. An oldtime Democrat, he cartooned for the World, the Sun, the Commercial Advertiser. His "Senator Tillman's Allegorical Cow" grinned from every fencepost in the Bryan-Taft campaign of 1908.
