Traditional Cluster. Propulsion Chief A. O. Tischler of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, who watched the firing, pronounced the test "an unmitigated, unqualified, unequivocal, unadulterated success." Such strong language does not match NASA's traditional coolness toward solid-propellant boosters.
