...Phillips Brooks House Association has undertaken to conduct an information bureau this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon for the benefit of the members of the visiting teams who come to Cambridge to compete in the Intercollegiate Track Meet. President Eliot left Cambridge last night for Cornell University, Ithaca, where he will deliver, today, the annual Phi Beta Kappa address on the subject "Academic Freedom." After the crew races tomorrow, President Eliot will leave for Detroit to attend the annual meeting of Associated Harvard Clubs. On Friday evening he will speak before the University Club of Detroit, and on Saturday evening, he will be present at the Harvard Clubs dinner.
