At a recent Ryan Adams concert in Nashville, Tenn., a fan shouted out a request for Summer of '69, a Bryan Adams song. Get it? Peppered with phrases like "those in a position to know," these stories all insist that there's no longer any question of whether the U.S. will go to war on Iraq; only of how and when.
