...fact is that the recording is the joint property of Mr. Walter Toscanini and myself; that it was released by us jointly for sale for the benefit of The Musicians' Foundation; and that my part in the record was thought necessary for and by the largely lay audience to whom the rehearsal excerpts were first presented.
