With only two more days of active canvassing left, the grand total of the University Red Cross campaign was brought to $1,994.25 last night by subscriptions amounting to $361.75 for the day. The poor showing of yesterday's collection, however, is to a certain extent due to the fact that no report was received from Team 2 in time for publication. Nevertheless, the University is responding very poorly. Every student in the University will be approached before tomorrow night by a member of the Red Cross Committee in the dormitory canvass. If there are students who, because of living...

With $997.50 collected on the third day of the University Red Cross campaign, the grand total of subscriptions has been brought up to $1,632.50. This is only a mediocre showing when compared with the Radcliffe total, announced last night as $930, a much larger figure in proportion to the size of the institution than the University's total. In the remaining half of the campaign redoubled efforts will be made to reach all students so that the contribution from the University may be brought up to the neighborhood...

...With a total collection of $655 for the first two days of the Red Cross drive, a greater effort will be necessary from the University to enable it to present a large total subscription to the Second War Fund by the end of the week. At this rate the end of the drive will find the University total at less than $2,000. Although no quota has been set, it is hoped that a much greater sum will be given...
