...freshman meeting last Wednesday afternoon we noticed the way in which the men crowded around the track. They seriously interfered with the contestants and gave the officers in charge of the games a great deal of trouble to keep the track and jumping ground clear. Also on Jarvis Field every afternoon the men witnessing the football practice crowd out into the field, to the great annoyance of the players.
