Cinemactor Adolphe Menjou was dinner guest in Manhattan last week of the Men's Hat Trade and Allied Industries. The 600 celebrants were bidden to wear dinner coats. On the invitations appeared the warning: "The correct straw hat to wear with a dinner coat is a china split yacht."
