Cars were crawling through Mexico City's rush-hour traffic on Tuesday night when a Learjet came hurtling out of the skies, hit a road in the center of the city and burst into flames. As police and ambulances rushed to the scene to carry dozens of injured motorists to the hospital, it was reported that the plane had been carrying Interior Minister Juan Camilo Mouriño, Mexico's equivalent of a Vice President.
