...think it's necessary if you feel it's too much [togetherness]. About six percent of people ultimately stay together [in the same workplace]. I think ultimately people want some separation. That being said, that doesn't mean they leave the company. A lot of times, people just transfer to different departments or move onward. On the other hand, that doesn't mean they have to, either. I've worked in offices where people stayed in the same place and worked together really, really well...
