Still another "rejuvenation" method is exploited by Dr. William Held, of Chicago, who has returned from three months' study with Dr. Abder- halden, German gland specialist. He uses chimpanzees, but does not transplant their glands. The substance which brings on senility in humans, he says, is "cholin" (a toxic crystalline base allied to the bile). The chimpanzees are "decholinized" by a special process. They have not been penalized by the vices of civilization.
