After Roy Cohn and G. David Schine made their cyclonic 17-day tour of Europe last April (TIME, April 20), Cohn said the trip had cost Joe McCarthy's Senate Investigations Subcommittee "zero." Last week Foreign Operations Administrator Harold Stassen revealed that the U.S. Government paid out more than one zero, with numbers attached, for the junket.
