Professor and Mrs. F. W. Putnam will leave Cambridge tomorrow for a month's trip to California. Professor Putnam has been appointed honorary chairman of the committee of anthropology at the University of California and will meet this committee to make arrangements for the work during the coming year. ...some years past it has been customary for the team to take a Southern trip during the vacation, playing Stevens Institute of Hoboken, Crescent Athletic Club of Brooklyn, Swarthmore College, and Johns Hopkins University of Baltimore.
